What can we help with?

01 / ACCOUNT

Back to
your account.

How do I sign back in?

On the welcome screen, choose Sign In. Use the same email or Apple/Google sign-in method you used for your existing account. Get Started opens onboarding for a new profile.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the email sign-in form, choose Forgot password. Enter your account email, verify the emailed code and set a new password. A successful password reset signs out other sessions. If you use Apple or Google, recover access through that provider instead.

My verification email hasn’t arrived.

Check the email address you entered and your spam or junk folder. Wait for the resend countdown to finish, then choose Resend Code. Use the code from the latest email. Don’t share verification codes or passwords with anyone.

Sign-in asks for another verification method.

Some account configurations require extra verification. If the app cannot complete the method requested, note the message for a problem report. Avoid creating a second account while trying to recover the original one.

02 / NUTRITION

Make every
entry count.

How do I log a meal?

Open Nutrition and choose Log a Meal. Select a food from Popular, Recent or Favorites, search online, or choose Enter food manually. Review the quantity, nutrition and meal category before saving. Your logged meals are grouped into Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.

Food search is unavailable or a product is missing.

Check your connection and try again after a short wait. Online lookup uses Open Food Facts, so products or nutrition values may be missing. You can enter food manually using the package information. If the app asks you to wait, pause before searching again.

Can I scan a barcode without granting camera access?

Open the barcode option and type the barcode number manually. Camera permission is only needed to scan it. If you want to enable scanning later, review Reapone’s camera permission in your phone settings. The scan looks up a product barcode; it does not identify a meal from a photo.

Why do calories or macros look different from the label?

Generic and community food values are estimates and may be incomplete. Check grams versus millilitres, portion size and the nutrition shown before saving. Use your product label to correct the values. Your nutrition summary shows consumed amounts alongside what remains against your saved targets.

How do I correct a logged meal?

Find it under its meal category on Nutrition and choose Edit. Review the portion, nutrition and category, then save. Remove hides the entry from your active log; it is different from permanently deleting your account data.

03 / TRAINING

Your effort.
Recorded.

How do I save a workout?

Open Train, start a template session or log a workout. Review its title and category, and use the timer or enter a duration. For strength or core sessions, mark the sets you completed and check repetitions and load before saving. Cardio distance is entered manually.

Can I change my profile or measurement units?

Open Settings → Fitness profile to revisit onboarding and save your updated details. Use Settings → Units to switch metric and imperial display. On the weight screen, saving another weigh-in for the same day updates that day’s entry.

Are the nutrition targets and goal date guaranteed?

No. They are estimates calculated from relevant profile inputs and your selected pace. The animated projection illustrates a possible timeline, not a measured prediction. Reapone provides general fitness tracking, not medical care or a personal clinical assessment.

Why is some history missing from the screen?

The current app loads the most recent 90 days of meals and workouts. This display window does not mean older records have been deleted. Also check that you are signed into the correct account. If saving failed, check your connection and any error shown before trying again.

04 / YOUR DATA

Understand
your controls.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Delete Account, read the information, type DELETE and confirm. You may need to verify your identity. This deletes your account and triggers cleanup of your saved fitness profile, meals, custom foods, workouts and weigh-ins. Cleanup is asynchronous. If the app says deletion is unavailable, record that message and use the contact information here once it is available.

A hashed account identifier is retained to prevent stale credentials from recreating deleted records. Provider logs, backups, lookup caches and other-device drafts have separate lifecycles. The Privacy Policy review draft explains the current limits and details still awaiting confirmation.

Does signing out delete my records?

No. Signing out ends account access on that session. It does not delete your saved fitness history or necessarily clear all onboarding drafts on the device. Removing an individual meal, workout or custom food also differs from full account deletion: it hides a stored record rather than immediately erasing its database row.

Can I download my data or change marketing consent?

The current app has no self-service data-export button or marketing-preference editor. An optional marketing choice is recorded during signup. A dedicated privacy-request contact and handling process are still being configured; applicable privacy rights continue to exist while those tools are being completed.

Where can I read the legal documents?

The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are available here as review drafts. They contain unconfirmed information and are not yet effective published documents.
